RCC_STEMEmployment in occupations related to STEM—science, technology, engineering, and mathematics—is projected to grow to more than 9 million between 2012 and 2022, according to data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS). That’s an increase of about 1 million jobs over 2012 employment levels.  According to a 2013 report from the U.S. Department of Commerce Economics and Statistics Administration, STEM workers command higher wages, earning 26 percent more than their non-STEM counterparts.

These programs have special admissions procedures and specific requirements that must be met prior to admissions.  If you are interested in enrolling in these programs at RCC, you should start your general studies in Fall 2016, then apply for entry into these programs for Fall 2017.
